Amazon's Bold Leap into Space Internet

In a significant move to expand its technological frontier, Amazon.com Inc. has announced the launch of its first batch of satellites into low Earth orbit on April 9. This initiative is part of the company's ambitious Project Kuiper, designed to deliver high-speed internet access globally.

The Launch Details

The initial phase will see 27 satellites propelled into space by the United Launch Alliance's Atlas V rocket. Amazon plans a total of 80 launches, aiming to deploy an advanced constellation of over 3,200 satellites. The company anticipates commencing internet service to customers worldwide later this year.
