Spain's Inflation Rate Rises
In a recent update from Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), it was revealed that the annual inflation rate for February has reached 3%. This figure aligns with the preliminary estimates, indicating a steady increase in consumer prices.

Monthly and Core Price Movements
On a month-to-month basis, consumer prices saw a 0.4% increase. Additionally, core consumer prices, which exclude volatile items such as food and energy, experienced a yearly rise of 2.2% and a monthly increase of 0.3%.
Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices
The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP), a measure used to compare inflation across the European Union, also showed a monthly increase of 0.4% and an annual rise of 2.9% in February.
