Tesla's First Quarter Deliveries Fall Short of Expectations
Tesla Inc. revealed on Wednesday that its deliveries for the first quarter of 2025 totaled 336,681 units, a figure that did not meet analyst expectations. The breakdown includes 323,800 Model 3/Y units and 12,881 units from other models.

Production Numbers Exceed Deliveries
Production during the same period reached 362,615 units, with Model 3/Y accounting for 345,454 units and other models making up the remaining 17,161 units.
Challenges and Optimism
"The transition to Model Y lines across all four of our factories resulted in the loss of several weeks of production in Q1," Tesla stated. However, the company remains optimistic, noting, "the ramp-up of the New Model Y is progressing well."
