
Record-Breaking Sales in March
American Honda Motor Co., Inc., a proud subsidiary of Honda Motor Company, proudly announced a remarkable achievement on Tuesday. The company sold an impressive 147,792 vehicles in March alone, showcasing a significant 13.2% increase from the previous month. The first-quarter sales figures were equally impressive, totaling 351,577 units, which marks a 5.3% rise year to date.
Light Trucks and Electrified Models Lead the Way
Setting a new benchmark, Honda's light trucks achieved an all-time monthly record with 108,466 units sold, a staggering 26.1% increase compared to February. Electrified models, encompassing hybrids and EVs, also celebrated their best March sales ever. With 45,831 units sold, this represents an 89.1% jump month on month. The first-quarter sales for electrified models soared to 110,022 units, growing by an impressive 77.7% year over year.
