TVS Motor Company Announces New Leadership for International Markets

CHENNAI: In a strategic move to bolster its global presence, TVS Motor Company has named Peyman Kargar as the head of international business. Kargar, a seasoned automotive leader with over 30 years of experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, will be based in Dubai. He will report directly to K N Radhakrishnan, the director & CEO of TVS Motor Company.

K N Radhakrishnan expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointment, stating, "Peyman's extensive experience and leadership skills will be invaluable as we aim to strengthen our position in international markets and expand further into advanced economies."

Peyman Kargar's Distinguished Career

Before joining TVS, Kargar held the prestigious position of global chairman & president of Infiniti, Nissan's luxury brand. His responsibilities included overseeing the entire value chain of the Infiniti brand globally, from product planning and R&D to manufacturing, quality, sales & marketing, and finance. Kargar also served as the chairman & senior VP of the Africa Middle East India Region and CEO of the Datsun brand. His tenure at Renault Group as VP of sales & marketing for 50 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Iran, and India from 2014 to 2017 further highlights his vast experience and expertise in the automotive industry.
