India's First Trump-Branded Commercial Real Estate Project Launches in Pune

Tribeca Developers, in collaboration with the Trump Organization, has unveiled the first Trump-branded commercial real estate project in India, located in Pune. This ambitious project, named "Trump World Centre," is expected to generate sales exceeding $289 million, marking a significant milestone in the Trump brand's expansion outside the United States.

Strategic Collaboration and Future Plans

The development is a joint venture with Kundan Spaces, aiming to capitalize on Pune's booming IT sector and its appeal to global and local businesses. Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, anticipates the project's completion in approximately four years. Additionally, the company plans to launch three to four Trump-branded luxury residential projects across northern and southern India within the next 4 to 6 weeks, projecting total sales potential of up to $1.15 billion.
