The company plans to hire over 300 engineers, product managers, and designers within the next two years. Current Operations and Future Plans

Since its inception in India in 2020, Motive has grown to employ about 250 professionals. The Indian team plays a pivotal role in developing AI models and enterprise software. With plans to add more than 20 AI engineers by the end of this year and over 50 by 2026, Motive is poised for significant growth. Jai Ranganathan, Chief Product Officer at Motive, highlighted the team's focus on solving complex customer challenges through AI-powered technology.

Innovative Solutions and Leadership Expansion

Motive's India teams are at the forefront of developing AI-powered safety and fleet management solutions. These include advanced collision detection systems and AI-driven fraud prevention tools. Furthermore, Motive is expanding its leadership team in India and enhancing its internship program in collaboration with IITs and IIITs to nurture the next generation of AI and software development talent.

With a customer base exceeding 120,000, including major enterprises like FedEx Freight, Halliburton, and Kone, Motive's expansion in India is a strategic move to bolster its global operations. This growth will enable the company to further innovate and improve safety and efficiency in physical operations worldwide.
