US Treasury Yields Hit October Lows

The 10-year US Treasury note yield experienced a significant drop to 4.04% on Thursday morning, marking its lowest level since October 2024. This shift comes as investors digest the implications of US President Donald Trump's sweeping new tariffs.

By 8:44 am ET, the benchmark 10-year note had decreased by 15.9 basis points to 4.036%. In parallel, the 30-year yield saw a reduction of 10.5 basis points to 4.445%, and the 2-year note yield fell sharply by 14.2 to 3.762%.
