Stability in the US Job Market

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Tuesday that job openings in the United States remained steady at 7.6 million in February, unchanged from January's figures. This stability is reflected in a job opening rate of 4.5%, indicating a robust labor market.

Hires and Separations Remain Unchanged

According to the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS), both the number of hires and the hires rate held steady at 5.4 million and 3.4%, respectively. Similarly, total separations and the separations rate were unchanged at 5.3 million and 3.3%.
