In a revealing report released on Friday, the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies of France disclosed a 0.4% decrease in producer prices for February compared to the previous year. Notably, the domestic market experienced a sharper decline, with producer prices falling by 1.4% year-over-year.

The overall producer prices index witnessed a 0.5% drop on a monthly basis, with the domestic market's producer inflation decreasing by 0.8%. These figures underscore the ongoing adjustments within the French industrial sector.

Excluding Energy, Prices Tell a Different Story
