The Paris Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into X Corporation, owned by billionaire Elon Musk, following allegations of algorithm manipulation. The probe, which began on Friday, focuses on potential distortions caused by the corporation's algorithms, which may have adversely affected the operation of an automated data processing system.

Technical Analysis Underway

Authorities from the cybercrime department are currently analyzing the issue and conducting preliminary technical evaluations. This investigation was prompted by a report from French lawmaker Eric Bothorel, who on January 12 raised concerns about the algorithm being "biased."
