ITC Hotels Welcomes Its 10th Delhi NCR Property

Just ahead of its demerger from the parent group, ITC Hotels has marked a significant milestone by opening its 10th property in Delhi NCR. This new addition is an 81-room hotel located on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, showcasing the group's commitment to expanding its presence in the region. The hotel operates under a management contract, utilizing the asset right model.

Anil Chadha, CEO of ITC Hotels, expressed his enthusiasm about the new opening, stating, "We are thrilled to introduce another Welcomhotel in Delhi, bringing our total to five hotels in the state and ten in Delhi-NCR. This property's strategic location is poised to become a preferred choice for both social and business gatherings, thanks to its exceptional meeting and banquet spaces."

Varinder Aggarwal, Director of City Park Hotels, also shared his excitement about the partnership with ITC's Hotel Group, highlighting the Welcomhotel brand's vibrant and enterprising nature. The hotel's proximity to the IGI Airport and Gurugram's cyber hub makes it an ideal destination for MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) and weddings.

The new Welcomhotel Delhi boasts a range of facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, extensive banquet and meeting spaces, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa, catering to the diverse needs of travelers.

With over 140 properties and more than 13,000 rooms across 90-plus destinations, the ITC Group continues to strengthen its position in the hospitality industry.
