Singapore's Private Home Sales Surge to 11-Year High in November

Private Home Sales Reach Highest Level in Over a Decade

Singapore Private Home Sales

In a remarkable surge, new private home sales in Singapore have reached their highest level in over 11 years during November, driven by pent-up demand, enhanced buyer sentiment, and a significant number of new project launches.

According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, developers sold 2,557 units last month, excluding executive condominiums (ECs). This figure marks the highest monthly sales since March 2013, when 2,793 units were sold.

Sales Surge Across Regions

The November sales saw a 246.5% month-on-month increase from the 738 units sold in October and a 226.1% year-on-year rise from the 784 units sold in November 2023. Among the sold units, 98 were in the Core Central Region (CCR), 1,569 in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), and 890 in the Outside Central Region (OCR).
