This acquisition aims to integrate TeamViewer's expertise in remote access and support with 1E's autonomous IT platform, thereby enhancing customer benefits and aiming to prevent IT issues while improving efficiency through remote expert resolution.

With a workforce of approximately 300 employees, 1E is known for its leading Digital Experience (DEX) platform. This platform offers real-time visibility into enterprise IT environments, swiftly identifying issues and automating remediation directly at the endpoint.
