The investigation, supported by Cooley LLP and Secretariat Advisors, involved extensive document analysis and interviews.

The findings confirmed no evidence of fraud or misconduct by management or the Board, affirming the integrity of its financial reporting. Key measures were recommended, including appointing a new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer.

Current CFO David Weigand to Resign

According to the announcement, the current CFO, David Weigand, is set to resign following the investigation.
