Spain's Inflation Rate Shows a Marginal Decline
According to the preliminary report released by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE) on Tuesday, the annual inflation rate in Spain edged down to 2.2% in April from 2.3% in March, slightly exceeding analysts' expectations.

Monthly and Core Inflation Trends
On a month-on-month basis, the inflation figure witnessed an increase of 0.6%. Meanwhile, the core inflation rate maintained a steady growth, registering a 2.4% increase both yearly and monthly.
Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) Stability
The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) remained unchanged at 2.2% compared to April 2024, with a monthly rise of 0.6%, indicating a stable yet cautious economic outlook.
