Revolutionizing Travel: Delhi to Jaipur in Just 2.5 Hours with New Expressway Link

Faster and More Convenient Travel from Delhi to Jaipur

Starting June, the journey from Delhi to Jaipur is set to become quicker and more convenient thanks to a new connection from Bandikui on the Delhi-Mumbai expressway to Jaipur Ring Road. This innovative development promises to reduce travel time to just two-and-a-half hours, cutting the distance by 20 kilometres.

Additional Benefits for Commuters

By December, commuters can expect even more benefits as the first nine-km section of the DND Flyway-KMP interchange begins operations. This will provide uninterrupted access to Jaipur for travelers from Ghaziabad, Noida, and east Delhi, making the complete 260 km stretch between DND Flyway and Jaipur via Bandikui link a breeze.

Current Challenges and Future Solutions

Currently, travelers to Jaipur from Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad face delays as they must exit the Delhi-Mumbai expressway at Dausa and navigate NH-21, a four-lane highway with speed restrictions. The new 67-kilometre access-controlled highway will eliminate these hurdles, enabling smooth and fast travel.

Ensuring Quality and Safety

NHAI chairman Santosh Yadav has emphasized the importance of thorough inspections before commissioning high-speed corridors to avoid post-inauguration issues. With preventive maintenance efforts underway, the future of travel between Delhi and Jaipur looks bright.
