Perfios Acquires IHX to Revolutionize Health Insurance Claims

MUMBAI: In a strategic move to dominate the health insurance sector, Perfios has announced the acquisition of IHX, a leading healthcare information exchange platform. This merger is set to combine Perfios' unparalleled data insights with IHX's extensive ecosystem reach, aiming to transform the claims landscape in health insurance.

IHX plays a pivotal role in bridging healthcare providers and payers, facilitating seamless digital integration across the industry. Currently, IHX processes over 40% of all cashless health insurance claims in India, handling more than 10 million transactions and $1 billion in claims annually.
