Ford Issues Urgent Recall for 123,611 Vehicles Due to Dangerous Brake Fluid Leak

Ford Recalls Over 120,000 Vehicles for Brake Safety Concerns

In a significant safety move, Ford Motor Company has announced the recall of 123,611 vehicles. The decision comes after the discovery of a brake fluid leakage issue that could severely impact braking performance and increase stopping distances, posing a heightened risk of accidents.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) highlighted the problem, stating, "The brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to leak from the front wheel circuit into the brake booster." This defect affects select models of the 2017-2018 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator.

Owners of the affected vehicles are urged to contact their local Ford dealership immediately to address this critical safety issue.
