Encouraging High-Tech Investments
The Prime Minister outlined Vietnam's openness to investments from high-tech Chinese enterprises, particularly in aviation, road, and railway infrastructure. He assured that the Vietnamese government and relevant ministries are committed to facilitating such collaborations to promote trade, tourism, and socio-economic development.
COMAC's Rapid Growth and Future Collaborations
PM Chinh praised COMAC for its swift ascent in the global aviation industry and proposed deeper cooperation beyond aircraft leasing, including the establishment of maintenance and repair centers in Vietnam. He also suggested joint efforts in aircraft component production and the development of an aviation industry ecosystem.

COMAC Chairman He Dongfeng echoed the Prime Minister's sentiments, expressing hope for continued support from Vietnamese leaders to expand cooperation. Both parties envision not only advancing air transport but also fostering the growth of Vietnam's aviation industry as a whole.
