In a significant move to expand its operational footprint, Lucid Group, Inc. has announced plans to acquire Nikola Corporation's former facilities in Arizona. This acquisition, pending approval from the US Bankruptcy Court, includes the Coolidge and Phoenix sites, adding over 884,000 square feet to Lucid's manufacturing and operational capabilities.

As part of this expansion, Lucid is set to offer employment to more than 300 former Nikola employees, filling various technical and manufacturing roles.
