Weekly Natural Gas Inventory Update

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) released its latest report on Thursday, revealing a notable increase in working gas storage across the United States. In the week ending April 4, stocks rose by 57 billion cubic feet (Bcf), reaching a total of 1,830 Bcf.

Yearly Comparison and Trends

Despite the weekly uptick, gas inventories have seen a significant decrease of 450 Bcf compared to the same period last year. Furthermore, current levels remain slightly below the five-year average of 1,870 Bcf, staying within the historical range.
