Accor and InterGlobe are combining their assets, development, and management businesses in India to form a new, autonomous, and integrated platform. This entity will serve as the exclusive vehicle for expanding all Accor brands in India, with Accor leading operations and brand management.

Investing in India's Hospitality Future

The partners are also jointly investing in Treebo, one of India's leading branded budget hotel platforms. This investment includes a master license agreement to develop the Ibis and Mercure brands in India, leveraging Treebo's technology to tap into the vast unbranded hotel market.
