The disengagement rate is notably higher in rural areas at 11.7%, compared to 8.2% in urban settings. Gender disparities are also evident, with 11.5% of women and 9.3% of men affected.

The unemployment rate for this demographic stands at 7.93%, showing minimal improvement from previous periods. The labor market dynamics reflect typical Lunar New Year trends, with shifts across sectors.

Workforce and Income Insights: The workforce aged 15 and over has grown to 52.9 million, with service sectors leading employment. Average incomes have seen a modest increase, with urban workers earning significantly more than their rural counterparts.
