Bharti Airtel's Strategic Financial Move

In a significant financial maneuver, Bharti Airtel along with its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom, has prepaid an additional Rs 5,985 crore of high-cost spectrum liabilities to the government, the telecom giant announced on Wednesday.

Redemption of Perpetual Debt Securities

Further strengthening its financial position, Airtel’s subsidiary Network i2i has voluntarily called and redeemed $1 billion in ‘perpetual debt securities’, marking a pivotal step in the company's debt management strategy.
