Infosys Dismisses Trainees Failing Internal Assessments

Bengaluru: In a recent development, Infosys has dismissed 45 trainees at its Mysuru facility. This decision comes after the trainees were unable to pass internal assessments, despite being given three opportunities to qualify. This incident marks the second wave of terminations at the Mysuru facility within a span of 45 days.

Earlier in February, Infosys had terminated around 350 freshers at its Mysuru campus for similar reasons. The company's stance on maintaining high standards for its workforce is clear, as it continues to enforce strict assessment criteria. An email sent to Infosys seeking comments on these terminations did not receive a response by the time of publication.
