Boeing India and the Learning Links Foundation (LLF) have proudly announced the completion of the third batch of their industrial training program in aerospace manufacturing in Andhra Pradesh. With a fourth batch currently in progress, this initiative aims to skill a total of 127 students by April 2025.

A Commitment to Youth Skilling and Employment

At the felicitation ceremony, Mathukumilli Sribharat, Member of Parliament, highlighted the program's role in enhancing employment opportunities and reinforcing Andhra Pradesh's position as a hub for advanced manufacturing and aerospace innovation.

Structured Training for Future Success

The program offers students from government polytechnics in Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, and Vizianagaram districts with industry-aligned training, hands-on experience, and career counseling. The impressive 94% placement rate from the first two batches speaks volumes about its success.

Meeting the Demand for Skilled Professionals

Salil Gupte, President of Boeing India and South Asia, emphasized the growing need for pilots and technicians in South Asia, with India driving 90% of the demand. This program is a step towards meeting that demand by skilling youth in emerging technologies and aviation.

Recognition and Future Prospects

The Directorate of Technical Education in Andhra Pradesh has recognized the program's curriculum as an exemplary training practice. Nuriya Ansari, President of LLF, expressed pride in transforming potential into performance, building a future-ready workforce for India.
