In a striking revelation from UBS Group AG's latest annual report, CEO Sergio Ermotti's compensation for the year 2024 amounted to an impressive 14.9 million Swiss francs, roughly equivalent to $16.8 million. This marks a significant increase from the 14.4 million he received in 2023, despite only working for nine months that year.

The entire Executive Board of UBS is set to receive a total of 143.6 million Swiss francs for 2024, up from 140.3 million Swiss francs in the previous year. This increment reflects the bank's robust financial health and its strategic advancements post the acquisition of Credit Suisse.
