UBS CEO Sergio Ermotti's 2024 Compensation Soars to 14.9M Swiss Francs

In a revealing annual report, UBS Group AG disclosed that CEO Sergio Ermotti's compensation for the year 2024 reached a staggering 14.9 million Swiss francs, equivalent to approximately $16.8 million. This marks an increase from the 14.4 million he earned in 2023, despite only working for nine months that year.

Executive Board's Total Compensation

The report also highlighted that the entire Executive Board of UBS will receive a total of 143.6 million Swiss francs in 2024, up from 140.3 million Swiss francs in the previous year.

"2024 was a pivotal year for UBS, marking significant progress in our integration efforts following the acquisition of Credit Suisse. We have transitioned from stabilizing a challenging situation to making substantial strides toward integration. UBS is now more robust, diversified, and strategically positioned to benefit our clients and shareholders in an ever-evolving world," stated the shareholder letter.
