In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the global medtech sector, Zydus Lifesciences has announced its intention to acquire an 85.6% stake in France-based Amplitude Surgical. The deal, which involves negotiations with PAI Partners and Amplitude Surgical’s management, as well as two minority shareholders, is set at €6.25 per share. Future Plans and Vision

Following the acquisition, Zydus Lifesciences plans to initiate a tender offer to acquire the remaining shares, aiming for a full takeover and subsequent delisting of Amplitude Surgical.
