Gold Ring Price Sees Slight Decline
The price of gold rings experienced a minor decrease of 0.21%, settling at VND92.8 million.

Global Gold Prices Ease but Remain Strong
On Friday, global gold prices slightly decreased but were on track for a weekly gain. This movement was influenced by safe-haven inflows and a U.S. jobs report that showed lower-than-expected job growth in February, hinting at potential Federal Reserve interest rate cuts within the year, as reported by Reuters.
Spot gold fell by 0.1% to $2,906.04 an ounce by 1:46 p.m. Despite this, bullion has seen an approximate 1.7% increase over the week, fueled by the uncertainty surrounding U.S. President Donald Trump's fluctuating tariff policies.
Market Strategists Weigh In
"The weaker-than-expected number is giving gold a slight boost... also, a weaker dollar for the week right now is helping," commented Bob Haberkorn, a senior market strategist at RJO Futures.
Peter Grant, vice president and senior metals strategist at Zaner Metals, noted that the market is currently in a consolidation phase, with ongoing support from safe-haven interest.
