Zaggle's New Chapter in Hyderabad
Fintech SaaS leader Zaggle has officially opened its new corporate office and AI innovation hub in Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy. This state-of-the-art facility, sprawling over 17,500 sq ft in the heart of the Financial District, is designed to house around 400 employees, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
Raj P Narayanam, Founder & Executive Chairman of Zaggle, shared ambitious plans for the company, including a revenue target of Rs 1200 crore in FY25 and the intention to make at least three acquisitions worth Rs 500-600 crore in FY26. These acquisitions aim to bolster Zaggle's capabilities in the fintech space, with a focus on integrating with merchant card systems, UPI payments, and accounts receivable solutions.
Strategic Acquisitions on the Horizon
With a robust financial backing of nearly Rs 1200 crore raised in the past year, including Rs 600 crore from its IPO and Rs 595 crore via a QIP in December 2024, Zaggle is on a clear path to expansion. The company is currently evaluating five strategic targets, with the first acquisition expected to be finalized in the first quarter of FY26.
This move not only signifies Zaggle's commitment to innovation and growth but also positions Hyderabad as a burgeoning hub for fintech and AI development. The new facility is a testament to Zaggle's vision of leading the charge in the digital transformation of financial services, both in India and the US market.
