Trump Organization's Ambitious Miami Condo Project Gets Green Light
The Trump Organization, led by the family of President-elect Donald Trump, has received unanimous approval from the Doral City Council for a massive $3 billion condo project at the Trump National Doral resort in Miami. This development will see the construction of five 20-story condo towers, significantly enhancing the resort's value and offerings.
Eric Trump, the company’s executive vice president, expressed his enthusiasm about the project's approval, stating, "We’re building something that everyone will be incredibly proud of." The project, first proposed in 2022, is set to include nearly 1,500 residential units, 470 hotel rooms, and 141,700 square feet of commercial space, with condo units starting at $2 million each.
This development is expected to not only boost the local economy but also set a new standard for luxury living in Miami. With the Trump Organization's track record of delivering high-quality projects, the Miami condo development is eagerly anticipated by both investors and potential residents alike.
