US Factory Orders Experience a Slight Decline
In a recent report released by the Census Bureau on Monday, it was revealed that factory orders in the United States saw a monthly decrease of 0.4%, amounting to a $2.1 billion drop to $586.1 billion in November. This decline contrasts sharply with the 0.5% increase observed in October.

Durable Goods Orders and Shipments
New orders for manufactured durable goods specifically witnessed a significant drop of 1.2%, equating to a $3.3 billion decrease to $284.7 billion. On a brighter note, shipments saw a marginal increase of 0.1%, or $0.7 billion, reaching $586.3 billion. Additionally, unfilled orders experienced a slight rise of 0.3%, or $4.6 billion, totaling $1,404.8 billion.
