Adani Group to Acquire Air Works for Rs 400 Crore

Strategic Move
Adani Defence Systems & Technologies has signed an agreement to purchase an 85.8% stake in Air Works. This acquisition will allow the Adani Group to offer comprehensive MRO services, including line maintenance and heavy checks, to both Indian and global customers.
