Adani Group to Acquire Air Works for Rs 400 Crore

The Adani Group, known for its airport operations in seven cities including Mumbai and its greenfield project in Navi Mumbai, is furthering its presence in the aviation sector. The conglomerate is set to acquire Air Works, India's largest private sector MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) player, for an enterprise value of Rs 400 crore.

Strategic Move

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies has signed an agreement to purchase an 85.8% stake in Air Works. This acquisition will allow the Adani Group to offer comprehensive MRO services, including line maintenance and heavy checks, to both Indian and global customers.
