US Stock Markets Mostly Up Ahead of Christmas Holidays
On Monday, major US stock markets opened mostly higher as investors eagerly await the latest consumer confidence report. Among the notable events, Palantir, MicroStrategy, and Axon made their debut on the Nasdaq 100.

By 9:33 am ET, the Dow Jones had lost 0.15%, with Nvidia experiencing a 1.57% growth. Shortly after, the Nasdaq 100 saw a 0.54% increase, led by GlobalFoundries' 4.41% gain. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 rose by 0.21%, boosted by Broadcom's 4.06% rise.
In currency markets, the euro weakened by 0.24% against the dollar, trading at $1.04035 at 9:28 am ET.
