However, Vanguard did not disclose its hiring plans for the facility, which will be led by Venkatesh Natarajan, who currently heads technology development in the personal investor division within Vanguard's Information Technology department.

Nitin Tandon, Global Chief Information Officer at Vanguard, emphasized the importance of technology in delivering investment products and advice to over 50 million clients. He also highlighted the strategic significance of this move, building on a decade of collaboration with technology partners in India.

Tandon expressed excitement about expanding Vanguard's engagement with Indian partners by opening a dedicated technology office in Hyderabad. Venkatesh Natarajan, Principal and Head of Personal Investor Digital Channels Engineering at Vanguard, shared similar sentiments, looking forward to leading an office that combines Vanguard's mission-oriented culture with India's top-tier technology talent.

Vanguard, with approximately $9.3 trillion in global assets under management as of May 2024, continues to strengthen its global presence with this significant investment in India's technology hub, Hyderabad.
