November Sees Significant Business Activity
In November alone, the country witnessed the establishment of nearly 11,200 new enterprises. These firms collectively registered a total capital of VND138.6 trillion ($5.46 billion). However, this figure represents a 21.3% decline in the number of new firms and a 9.8% drop in capital compared to the previous month.
Resumption of Operations
Simultaneously, over 7,700 enterprises resumed their operations in November, marking a 10.9% decrease from the previous month but a 17.4% increase year-on-year.
Business Suspensions and Dissolutions
Since the beginning of the year, more than 96,200 enterprises have temporarily suspended business, an increase of 12.6% over the same period last year. Additionally, nearly 57,700 businesses have stopped operating, awaiting dissolution procedures, reflecting a 0.9% increase. Meanwhile, nearly 19,300 businesses completed dissolution procedures, showing a 19.8% rise.
