Sanjay Malhotra is a 1990 batch Indian Administrative Service Officer from the Rajasthan Cadre. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur and earned his Master's in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA. Throughout his distinguished career spanning more than 33 years, Malhotra has served across diverse sectors, including power, finance, taxation, information technology, and mines.
Currently serving as Secretary (Revenue) in the Ministry of Finance, he previously held the position of Secretary in the Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. His extensive expertise encompasses finance and taxation at both state and central government levels.
