Weekly Rise in US Natural Gas Inventories

According to the latest report from the Energy Information Administration (EIA), the United States has witnessed a significant increase in working gas storage. The week ending April 18 saw an addition of 88 billion cubic feet (Bcf), bringing the total to 1,934 Bcf.

Comparative Analysis Shows a Decline

Despite the weekly rise, the current stocks are 478 Bcf lower than the same period last year and 44 Bcf below the five-year average of 1,978 Bcf. However, the total working gas remains within the five-year historical range, indicating a stable yet fluctuating market.
