House of Abhinandan Lodha Enters Mumbai's Real Estate Market with Three Major Projects

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has officially announced its foray into Mumbai's vertical real estate sector with three prestigious projects. These include the American Culture center in Marine Lines, a luxurious development overlooking the iconic Chowpatty beach, and a strategic Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Mittalt Builders in Naigaon.

Projected Revenue and Development Scope: With a combined development potential of 3.1 million sq. ft., HoABL anticipates generating a revenue of Rs 3,500 crore, backed by a total investment of Rs 2,500 crore. The projects are slated for launch from Q2 FY 2025–26, with completion expected over the next five years.
