Sanofi's Financial Triumph in Q1 2025
Sanofi SA has announced a remarkable 10.8% increase in net sales for the first quarter of 2025, reaching €9.9 billion, showcasing the company's robust growth trajectory.

According to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sanofi's net income stood at €1.8 billion, with an IFRS earnings per share (EPS) of €1.52. The business net income saw a 15.9% rise to €2.2 million, and business EPS grew by 17% to €1.79. The company's gross profit also experienced a significant 14.2% increase, totaling €7.7 billion.
Leadership's Confidence in 2025 Outlook
"With the solid growth in sales and business EPS, we are reaffirming our 2025 guidance, considering the current external environment," stated Paul Hudson, Sanofi's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
