Boeing and Thoma Bravo Announce $10.55 Billion Deal

In a significant move, The Boeing Company has agreed to sell parts of its Digital Aviation Solutions to Thoma Bravo LP for a staggering $10.55 billion, as announced in a press release on Tuesday.

Retaining Core Digital Capabilities

Boeing emphasized that it will retain essential digital capabilities. These capabilities leverage aircraft and fleet-specific data to offer commercial and defense clients services like fleet maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
