Japan's Nikkei 225 saw a notable increase of 1.95% by 7:01 am CET, while the dollar weakened against the yen by 0.35%.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng surged by 2.51%, and in mainland China, the Shanghai Composite and Shenzhen Composite rose by 0.79% and 1.16%, respectively.
