Major US stock futures continued their upward trajectory early Tuesday, marking a significant rebound from the previous day's volatility. The Dow Jones Industrial Average led the charge, soaring more than 1,000 points.

As of 7:45 am ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average had jumped 2.67%, or 1,020 points. The Nasdaq 100 and the S&P 500 also saw substantial gains, rising 2.17% and 2.33%, respectively. Meanwhile, the euro traded 0.27% higher against the dollar, reaching 1.09378 by 7:52 am ET.
