In a surprising turn of events, Spirit Airlines announced the immediate resignation of CEO Ted Christie on Monday. This decision comes shortly after the low-cost carrier successfully emerged from bankruptcy, marking a new chapter for the company.

Interim Leadership Team Takes Charge

During this transitional period, Spirit Aviation Holdings Inc. has appointed a trio of top executives to steer the airline. The interim leadership team includes Chief Financial Officer Fred Cromer, Chief Operating Officer John Bendoraitis, and General Counsel Thomas Canfield.
