March Sales Leap for Tesla in China
In a significant rebound from February's figures, Tesla Inc. delivered 78,828 vehicles in China during March, as per the preliminary data released by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) on Wednesday. This marks a substantial increase from the 30,688 vehicles delivered in February, though it represents an 11.5% decrease compared to the same period last year.
First Quarter Sales Overview
The association also shared insights into the broader market performance, revealing that domestic sales for the first quarter of 2025 reached 137,200 units. This data underscores the fluctuating dynamics of the electric vehicle market in China, with Tesla navigating through periods of both growth and contraction.
