Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO of Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), revealed the company's ambition to scout for additional properties in Lutyen’s Delhi, emphasizing the growing demand for luxury accommodations.

The Claridges Joins Taj Portfolio

Marking a significant milestone, IHCL has taken over the management of The Claridges, introducing the Claridges Collection as a new luxury brand. This move is part of IHCL's strategy to cater to the high-net-worth individuals seeking differentiated experiences in the luxury segment.

Future Plans and Renovations

With plans to open about three properties per month in the next fiscal year, IHCL is on a rapid expansion path. The company aims to renovate and rebrand properties like the Blue Diamond in Pune under the Claridges Collection, showcasing its commitment to offering unparalleled luxury hospitality services.
