US President Donald Trump's The Trump Organization has officially entered the commercial real estate sector in India, marking a significant expansion beyond its already established residential projects. The organization announced its latest venture, Trump World Center Pune, through a post on X, highlighting this as their first commercial real estate project in India.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, "India has embraced the Trump brand with remarkable enthusiasm. This milestone is a testament to the strength of our relationship with our Indian partners and our commitment to quality that defines Trump properties across the globe."
Partnership and Project Details
The Pune project is a joint venture with Indian real estate developers Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces, known for constructing Pune’s tallest commercial tower. The 4.3-acre site is anticipated to generate sales exceeding Rs 2,500 crore, setting a new standard for commercial real estate in India.
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, shared his excitement about the project, highlighting it as a defining moment for the evolution of commercial real estate in India. He emphasized the blend of the Trump brand’s prestige with Pune’s emergence as a global business hub.
Future Prospects
India is set to become the largest market for Trump Towers outside the US, with plans to expand from four to ten projects in the next six years. These projects will include a mix of office spaces, golf courses, and villas, further solidifying The Trump Organization's presence in India.
