Following a predominantly lower close on Wall Street, major stock indexes across the Asia-Pacific region displayed mixed results on Friday. This comes in the wake of the US Federal Reserve's decision to maintain current rates and the latest unemployment data.

Index Performance Across the Region
Japan's Nikkei 225 saw an increase of 0.52% at 3:01 am CET. Meanwhile, Hong Kong's Hang Seng, South Korea's Kospi, the Shanghai Composite, and the Shenzhen Composite remained flat at 03:02 am CET. Australia's S&P/ASX 200 experienced a slight gain of 0.23% at 3:04 am CET.
Currency Movements
At 3:06 am CET, the dollar remained stable against the yen, trading at 148.98500.
